Refund policy

At ChudiBazar, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of bangles, jewellery, and fashion accessories, returns are generally not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong selection by customer
  • Color preference issues
  • Minor size variation or fitting preference

However, return/replacement requests may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in package

2. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Product opening video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Important: Claims without an unboxing/opening video may not be eligible for approval.

3. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • We may provide a replacement product, subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund/store credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable/non-refundable:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products reported after the claim period

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders may be refunded through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

In approved cases:

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), return shipping cost will be borne by ChudiBazar.
  • In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.

8. Quality & Color Disclaimer

We try our best to display accurate product colors and designs. However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Screen resolution
  • Photography lighting
  • Device display settings

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
