1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier availability or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or order values, subject to promotional terms.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if available).
  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier partner delays
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

In such situations, ChudiBazar shall not be held liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided:

  • Delivery may fail or get delayed.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Kindly record an opening/unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

Claims raised after the specified period may not be accepted.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (if available) may be offered on selected products or locations.

ChudiBazar reserves the right to restrict or deny COD on certain orders based on internal verification.

9. International Shipping

Currently, ChudiBazar may or may not offer international shipping. Availability will be shown during checkout.
